ProxyEmpire review and pricing plans!

1ProxyEmpire Pricing

ProxyEmpire simplifies its pricing with monthly subscription plans for its servers, with different pricing for residential and mobile proxies. They do offer a trial period, but it is only partially free. To access the ProxyEmpire free trial, you must pay $1.97, which includes 100MB of residential data, 50MB of mobile data, and unlimited monthly rolling data. You also get help and guidance from a dedicated account manager, who will determine the best IP type based on your specific needs.

ProxyEmpire offers six pricing plans, ranging from $45 to $4,000 per month, and they can create custom plans to meet specific requirements. In terms of bandwidth, ProxyEmpire plans cover a range of needs, from 3 GB to 1 TB for residential proxies and 2 GB to 300 GB for mobile proxies. All plans provide full access to the entire proxy pool, along with precise targeting options.

A notable aspect is their wide range of payment methods, including debit/credit cards, PayPal, USD and EUR wire transfers, and even cryptocurrency. ProxyEmpire's pricing structure is versatile and adaptable to various users, offering rolling bandwidth and different support options depending on the plan you choose. Unused bandwidth counters do not reset monthly, which provides flexibility and cost efficiency. While their prices may not be the cheapest, they appear competitive and well suited to the needs of a wide range of proxy users.

2ProxyEmpire Speed

ProxyEmpire claims to offer fast proxies, and previous tests indicated speeds of around 50 Mbps, which were considered satisfactory. They do not limit the number of connections and guarantee 99.7% uptime, ensuring the reliability of their proxies.

Although customer reviews suggest the speed is acceptable, some latency issues may exist. Results from a recent speed and latency test of 10 residential proxies from different countries showed varying speeds and latency. Inconsistent speeds are attributed to different internet connections across hosts and network congestion.

While some proxies show better upload speeds, latency is an issue, with most proxies exceeding 400 milliseconds and one reaching 900 milliseconds. These results suggest that, while ProxyEmpire offers decent speeds, there is still room for improvement in latency compared with some competitors.

3Countries supported by ProxyEmpire

ProxyEmpire offers many targeting options to help users obtain specific information. They provide four targeting choices: city, region/state, country, and ISP/mobile carrier targeting. These options apply to both local and mobile proxies. These targeting settings let users precisely align their proxy preferences, strengthening their data collection capabilities.

In addition to standard country-level targeting, ProxyEmpire lets users request proxies from specific regions or cities within a country. Proxies cover the best-known regions and cities in each country, ensuring comprehensive coverage. However, users should be careful when using all four targeting options at once, as this may limit the available proxy pool. ProxyEmpire's commitment to transparency is noteworthy.

They claim to have proxies in over 170 countries, and this information can be found on their website. In addition, they go beyond simple country targeting, allowing users to choose specific regions or cities where applicable. Their user-friendly geolocation tools let users select the countries, states, and towns their proxies will come from. While not every country offers access to every geolocation setting due to IP availability, ProxyEmpire's transparency and flexibility make it a valuable choice for users seeking specific proxy locations.
